Teddy Bear Park is a popular destination for families in Stillwater. This small playground is located a block off of Main Street and features plenty of fun equipment for kids to play on.
There is also a rock wall, a train slide and several teddy bear statues to admire. It is a great place for kids to burn off energy and is only a short walk from many shops and restaurants the town is known for.
A local mother was recently approached by a teenage boy at Teddy Bear Park and reported that he made comments that made her 7-year-old daughter uncomfortable. Police are investigating the incident.

A jungle gym, a sand pit, a rock cliff, slides, and many, many teddy bear statues make this a great place for kids to play. It’s a nice little park with a few shops and restaurants right around the corner from it as well.
While there, you can also take a self-guided historic walking tour of downtown. These are a fun way to get acquainted with the city while taking in some beautiful views of the St. Croix River.

If you’re visiting Stillwater with kids, Teddy Bear Park is one of the best parks in town. This quaint, family-friendly park is conveniently located just a block from downtown and features plenty of fun play equipment for kids of all ages.
The park is a great spot to relax and take in the scenery while the kids are playing. There are several picnic tables and benches available for families to enjoy.
There is a mid-sized parking lot across the street from the park as well as public bathrooms. The park is geared toward younger children (ages 2-8 approximately) but there are also areas for older kids to have fun as well. It’s a small park but it’s worth the visit!
